Luxury Travel Consultant Job Description:

• Meet sales targets, conversion targets and customer satisfaction scores

• Identify, qualify and convert enquiries into bookings; both inbound and outbound sales

• Provide an exceptional level of service to customers pre, during and post-stay 

• Develop a portfolio of new and repeat customers; including generating inbound leads

• Identify key clients and establish a robust process for key client account management

• Input into overall sales process and suggest improvements

• Contribute energy and motivation to a cohesive culture

Luxury Travel Consultant Skills :

• Demonstrated history of generating sales and meeting targets

• Commercially-minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer satisfaction

• Expertise and passion in two or more international destinations

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Impeccably organised and accurate in execution

• Team player

• Availability to work on a rotating shift which includes weekends
