Account Manager Job description:


  • Effectively managing accounts with trade partners including travel agents , online travel,  lifestyle,  luxury travel and business travel companies   
  • Performing business reviews with all trade customers and upselling where possible
  • Networking at major events and building relations with key customers at trade shows
  • Following up leads and recommendations from prospective customers
  • Visiting phoning and video account management and business development
  • Building outstanding rapport with perspective customers  
  • Attending travel shows and events throughout the UK

 

Account manager Skills:


  • Must have two years account management / business development/ agency sales experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to work in a team but also solo when required
  • Good commercial and business acumen
  • Strong negotiating skills
