Our client is looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Executive to plan, create and execute email campaigns, maintain the email schedule, implement A/B testing to optimise email design and manage the database to ensure effective segmentation in line with marketing plans. The ideal candidate will be able to analyse results from multiple campaigns to improve user experience, increase conversions and ultimately drive sales enquiries.

Email Marketing and CRM Executive Key Responsibilities

•             eCRM management and reporting

o             To create, build and execute an effective email campaign strategy that drives traffic and conversions and increases customer loyalty acrossmultiple segments

o             Implement a programme of A/B tests designed to improve user experience and increase conversions

o             Implement effective segmentation and targeting of email campaigns to increase relevancy and increase conversions

o             Perform ongoing analysis to show performance trends and optimise campaigns accordingly

o             Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI and provide detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly results to management along with other adhoc reports when required

o             Work with marketing team to grow database and implement welcome and engagement programmes

•             Database Management

o             Utilise data warehouse to provide effective reporting and segmentation of database for campaign management

o             Work with marketing and business solutions team to ensure accurate business rules in place for effective collection, de-duping and ongoingcleansing of database

o             Work with business solutions and sales team to ensure all data collection and marketing efforts adhere to GDPR regulations

Email Marketing and CRM Executive Skills required

•             An understanding of HTML, content management systems and email service providers is essential, Dotmailer experience a benefit

•             Problem-solving and ability to prioritise workload and requests coming from multiple stakeholders in a fast paced deadline driven environment

•             Good copywriting skills

•             Keen eye for detail and accuracy

•             Exceptional communication and organisational skills

•             Experience in travel industry beneficial
