Our client, a market leading tour operator, is looking for someone with a flair for sales and a love of travel to join their busy travel company. The chosen candidate will be there to maximise quote conversions in relations to air and land packages and insurance and maximise profit and margin objectives. The consultants aim is to meet their customer travel requirements, so you must have a strong ability to sale, whilst being able to make strong customer relationships. It is essential that you can multitask, be persistent, have excellent customer service skills, and be a good team player by being able to build relationships and go out of your way to exceed expectations. It is essential that you have Individual travel experience, with a minimum 2 continents outside of Europe, it is prefered if you have 2 years proven track record of travel sales, or sales, business management/leadership skills, and a degree or equivalent.
