A global company specialising in European city breaks and holidays, are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team in their London Head Office. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for loading hotel contracts and other products into their systems and pricing the holidays and short breaks for the company website. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their first steps into the Travel Industry. The main responsibilities will be entering all supplier details, inputting rates and allotment details, preparing hotel contracts and ensuring bank details are entered correctly, ensure supplier Health and Safety forms are received, and keeping the general administration for the department up to date. In addition, the Contracts Administrator will be creating packages and prices for the website and adding special offers where required. An excellent communicator and high attention to detail is needed in this role as well as a high degree of accuracy. Good knowledge of European geography and currencies is essential and the ability to hit deadlines and work strong on their own and part of a team. The Contracts Administrator will have a brilliant working surroundings and a strong base salary and have opportunities to grow within the company.
